What is a zine?
⇛ A fanzine, or simply zine, is a fan-created publication. It is a collaborative collection of original, fanmade work inspired by a theme. It is comprised of written works, artworks, merchandise and other content. It can be in physical or digital form, or both.What is this zine about?
⇛ This zine will be about the character N Harmonia from the Pokemon series, namely Black and White.Will this zine include spoilers?
⇛ Because this zine is focused on N and his character, spoilers regarding him and the games he is from should be expected.What will be the content rating of this zine?
⇛ PG-13 and strictly SFW! This goes for the content within the Discord server as well.
As a warning, due to the nature of N's character, there may be some potentially triggering content included in the zine. Content warnings will be given for any writing containing such content, while page art depicting such will be grouped up in a section of the zine so that it can be easily skipped over if needed. All merch art will not be allowed to depict any triggering content.Will this zine feature any ships?
⇛ No ships will be allowed in this zine. Any interactions with N should remain platonic or familial.Will this zine feature any headcanons or AUs?
⇛ Yes! Headcanons and AUs will be accepted as long as characters remain recognizable.Is this zine going to be digital or physical?
⇛ The zine will be physical along with physical merch. A digital version of the zine will also be available for purchase.Is there an age requirement for mods and contributors?
⇛ Yes. We ask that mods be at least 18 years old by time contributor applications end. We also ask that contributors be 13 years old by time contributor applications end to comply with Discord's TOS.How will contributors be compensated?
⇛ This zine will be for-charity. For-charity means that any profit made from the zine will be donated to a selected charity. This also means that contributors will receive no monetary compensation.
If funds allow, the goal is to provide each contributor with a full bundle. This, however, is not guaranteed. Contributors will receive the digital bundle for free though, no matter what.How many contributors will be in the zine?

Actual numbers may slightly differ.Can I apply for multiple roles?
⇛ Yes! You are also able to be accepted more than one role, if applicable.Will mods be able to contribute?
⇛ Yes, as long as it doesn't interfere with their mod duties! They will have to apply just like everyone else.How many pieces can a contributor make?
⇛ Contributors are expected to make one new piece for the zine. If we have contributors drop and if time allows, contributors can make an extra piece.Am I required to have prior zine experience to apply?
⇛ Absolutely not! Applications will be judged based on quality of samples given, not on prior zine experience.When can contributors post their work?
⇛ Contributors will be able to post their work the day that the zine is officially released.Will contributors still own the work they submit to the zine?
⇛ Of course! Once the zine releases, contributors are free to do whatever they wish with their work.

Guidelines

GENERAL GUIDELINES
⇛ No form of racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc. will be allowed. You are expected to treat everyone involved in the project with respect.
⇛ No depictions of sexual content (explicit and implied) will be allowed, both in the Discord and in zine creations.
⇛ Do not share any WIPs or previews until given the okay to do so.
⇛ All pieces must be original and made for the zine. Using old pieces will not be allowed.
⇛ AI work is NOT allowed under any circumstances. Anybody found to be using AI generated work will be removed.
⇛ Contributors must have a Discord account and be reachable through it. If we aren't able to keep in contact with you, you WILL be dropped from the zine.
⇛ All contributors are expected to keep up with the schedule and contact a mod if an extension is needed.MOD GUIDELINES
⇛ Head Mod - In charge of making sure the zine runs smoothly overall. Will choose the mods, have a hand in choosing the contributors, send out the appropriate emails while retaining applicants' privacy, advertise and run the social media pages, and work closely with all other mods.⇛ Art Mod - In charge of evaluating artist applicants and supporting artist contributors.⇛ Writing Mod - In charge of evaluating writer applicants and supporting writer contributors.⇛ Graphics Mod - In charge of creating graphics to be used in zine promotional material.⇛ Formatting Mod - In charge of making sure all contributor submissions are formatted correctly according to the specifications and formatting the final zine in a way that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.⇛ Finance Mod - In charge of creating a budget for the zine and keeping track of all purchases.⇛ Production Mod - In charge of researching vendors to produce the zine and merch as well as receiving, inspecting, and packing all products for shipment.Mods are expected to:
⇛ Treat all contributors with respect.
⇛ Answer questions when able to.
⇛ Meet regularly to discuss important details about the zine.
⇛ Provide the appropriate support for the contributors.
⇛ Communicate clearly when they will not be available for extended times.
